American Partner Visa

The American Partner Visa allows the spouse or de facto partner of an American citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in America. It includes the Subclass 820 (Temporary Partner Visa) and Subclass 801 (Permanent Partner Visa) for onshore applications, and the Subclass 309 (Provisional Partner Visa) and Subclass 100 (Permanent Partner Visa) for offshore applications.

Additionally, the Subclass 300 (Prospective Marriage Visa) enables the fiancé(e) of an American citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen to come to America to marry their partner within nine months.
